Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Giordano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your Giordano account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn items with their original packaging and tags into the shipping box, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside.

Ship the Package

Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
